Yes, at FAK Group we track all shipments to ensure that they are moving as booked. Our asset-based trucks have GPS tracking technology and our domestic truckload, air, and ocean freight have milestone notifications from our ERP system. Any issues are communicated to you in a timely manner with a resolution already in mind.
